Breeding Contract to Moonlight MoneyMaker for 2010 Breeding Season
1. I hereby confirm application for a booking to Moonlight Money Maker AHR*616274;
SAHR*000074; PtHA*125512: owned by Shatormar Arabians, 353 Curtis Street, Sharon, PA
16146, phone: 724-342-2919, website: www.shatormararabians.com ;
upon the following terms and conditions.
2. The stud fee is $1000.00 and includes a non-refundable $250 booking fee due with this
contract. Balance of $750.00 is due 60 days prior to actual breeding date. Collection and
veterinary fees are additional and will be paid directly to the veterinarian or stallion station.
3. A live foal guarantee exists up to 24 hours of age. If foal does not stand and nurse with the
first 24 hours or dies with in the first 24 hours, mare may be bred back at no charge for the
stud fee. Collection and veterinary fees additional.
4. A free return will be given if a manual pregnancy test proves negative 42 days after service.
Veterinary certificate required.
5. The live foal guarantee does not apply :
(a) if the mare is sold, exported or dies.
(b) if the mare is not foaled under veterinary supervision.
(c) if the mare is not vaccinated for EHV
6. The stud reserves the right to refuse any mare.
7. Veterinary certification proving registration and freedom from disease or infection must be
done with in 60 days prior to breeding mare.
8. Mare owner is responsible for all veterinary expenses (payable to veterinarian) including
collection fee of $_______ ; shipping container deposit of $________ and cost of shipping
through Fed Ex or other approved shipping service of $__________ for each breeding.
9. In the event Moonlight Money Maker becomes unavailable due to illness, injury or death,
Shatormar Arabians agrees to transfer stud fees paid to one of his sons; STM Mocha or STM
September Rain OR transfer stud fees paid to purchase of one of our sale horses OR transfer
stud fees to another stallion we have available-no refund will be given.
