The Red Horse by Brigadier C.C.L.Browne 1967 Illustrated by Peter Biegel, The Stephen Greene Press, Brattleboro, Vermont in very good condition with some cover wear and clean, tight pages. The book measures 4" x 7" and 64 pages long. Pale green paper wrappers lettered in red, illustration of a steeple-chaser in dark green to top wrapper. The red horse was a problem in that he couldn't be controlled at a full gallop, but his rider fondly reminisces about his training and the steeplechases in which he rode the big red horse. A nice vintage book for horse lovers. $5
